Interval International will host the next of its regular Shared Ownership Investment Conferences at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre in Bridgetown, Barbados, on 31 May and 1 June, prior to the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Conference.
It was in Barbados where Interval first introduced this conference back in 1998. Since then, the company has taken the event to different locations around the world to educate prospective buyers, lenders and government officials about resort development opportunities.
Hospitality and tourism leaders will explore trends and issues that affect future developments in the Caribbean. The conference programme includes sessions on both timeshare and fractional ownership, the state of the industry in the region, financing, sales and marketing, and how a shared ownership component can drive mixed-use success.
