Interval International to Host Orlando Conference

Interval International will host the 14th annual Shared Ownership Investment Conference from September 18th – 20th at The Peabody Orlando. The prestigious event provides developers, hoteliers, and lenders the forum to explore various opportunities in shared ownership, including traditional timesharing, resort conversions, fractional development, and private residence clubs.

"The Shared Ownership Investment Conference continues to be a very compelling draw, because it offers potential entrants an overview of every aspect of the industry in one venue," noted Jan Wyatt, vice president of corporate marketing for Interval, conference founder and patron sponsor. "This forum also provides valuable information about capitalizing on the current marketplace and is particularly relevant today."

Headlining the program are dynamic guest speakers, including Michael Gelb, best-selling author and leader in the human potential movement, who will share his advice on turning promising ideas into profitable projects. Peter C. Yesawich, Ph.D., vice-chairman of MMGY Global, and recognized authority on travel, leisure, and lifestyle trends, will present insights into the habits and preferences of the American traveler.

Additional highlights include sessions on the state of the U.S. industry, development and conversion, accessing capital, sales and marketing, and a perennial favorite, "Meet the Leaders." Attendees can take advantage of numerous networking opportunities with industry experts.

Joining Interval as patron sponsors are Aston Hotels & Resorts, Baker Hostetler LLP, Capital One Bank, Equiant, Foley & Lardner LLP, HVS Shared Ownership Services, Meridian Financial Services, Preferred Residences, and Ragatz Associates.
