The Residence Club at The Baglioni Marrakech, a new resort in Morocco with villas created by renowned designer Jade Jagger, has joined The Registry Collection luxury exchange programme.
The Baglioni Marrakech is an exclusive mixed-use resort set in 34 acres of parkland at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, expected to open in late 2011. It will offer a hotel operated by Baglioni Hotels, a luxury 1500 square metre spa operated by Six Senses Spas and the Residence Club’s 15 four and five-bedroom villas available for whole ownership or in five-week fractions.
The villas have been designed by ‘Jade Jagger for yoo’ combining contemporary features with the traditional style of Marrakech’s palaces and riads, including airy rooms with high ceilings, cooling courtyards and intimate terraces.
Owners will be able to enjoy 24-hour front office service, concierge and valet parking, and other amenities such as a fitness centre, business centre, two restaurants and a cocktail bar. They will also benefit from an optional rental programme, which allows all bedrooms to be rented back as hotel rooms.
