The International Riviera, a multi-billion new resort development in Tunisia created by the BW Group, has affiliated with The Registry Collection luxury exchange programme.
The five-star residential resort development will comprise 60,000 wholly-owned and shared-ownership properties. The large scale project has attracted a high level of interest from international banks, investor funds and other developers, despite the global crisis, according to the BW Group chairman, Bobby Wahi.
The first phase is set to be completed in 2011 and will include 50 luxury water villas to be sold as high-end fractional ownership properties and enrol in The Registry Collection exchange programme.
The resort city will feature a series of integrated villages styled on hotspots of the world such as Cannes, Monaco, Miami or St Tropez. It will have a Vegas-style casino and other upscale amenities including golf, spa, retail and several international hotels
