Leading French developer Group Cela has announced the affiliation of three new resorts to RCI – Cela Alénya, Cela Chamrousse and Cela Orelle – and renewed the affiliation agreement for its two existing RCI resorts, Cela Canet Malibu Village and Cela Canet Malibu Premier in Languedoc Roussillon.
Cela Alénya, in the southern part of the Languedoc Roussillon region, is set in a four hectare landscaped site featuring a 100-year old pine forest, close to the beach and the 18-hole golf course of Saint Cyprien. Accommodation is available in hotel style units and apartments with partial kitchen facilities. Other amenities include tennis courts, swimming pools, spa and restaurant.
The Alpine mountain resort of Cela Chamrousse, located at an altitude of 1,650 metres, offers direct access to 77km of ski slopes, as well as amenities such as a spa, swimming pool and restaurant. The resort has a choice of one- and two-bedroom apartments with partial kitchen facilities.
Also in the Alps, Cella Orelle in the valley of La Maurienne, near La Vanoise national park, offers access to the renowned ski resorts of Val Thorens and the 3 Valleys. The resort also offers a restaurant, bar, spa and conference facilities, and accommodation in one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Each of the three whole ownership resorts is sold on the nouvelle propriéte (buy to use and let) concept, with owners ceding the majority of weeks – typically between 46 and 48 – back to the resort’s management for rental opportunities. The remaining weeks can be used or exchanged with RCI.
