The Timeshare Association (TATOC) has linked with vacation ownership software provider Merlin to create a software solution to support the organisation’s free Consumer Helpline, which advises consumers in cases that don’t involve RDO members and is supported by the industry’s Timeshare Partnership Trust.
The new software will provide TATOC with the necessary statistics and reports to assist with the marketing and promotion of the Association. Developed as a state of the art business application software, it can be accessed securely by unlimited users and multiple locations in real time from anywhere in the world.
The Consumer Helpline takes over 600 calls and 80 emails per month from consumers looking for assistance and information. TATOC estimates that the Helpline saved consumers over £1 million last year.
