Anna Grand Hotel Vacation Club in Hungary and Porto Vacation Club in Egypt have joined Interval International’s vacation exchange network.
The 200-year-old Anna Grand Hotel is set in the historic town of Balatonfüred, on the northern shore of Hungary’s Lake Balaton. The classicist-style property has been renovated, with new amenities including a gourmet restaurant, a winery, and a 1,200 square metre wellness area with steam baths, hot tubs and saunas. Guests can enjoy the nearby volcanic mountains of Badacsony, water sports on Lake Balaton and visits to local wineries.
Porto Vacation Club is the latest venture of the Amer Group, a leader in Egypt’s tourism and real estate industries, and will initially include around 200 units for vacation ownership in each of the new mixed used resorts of Porto Marina, Golf Porto Marina and Porto Sohna.
The Porto Marina complex on Egypt’s Mediterranean coast includes 1,200 apartments, a luxury hotel, marina, spa and a choice of pools, restaurants and designer shops. Golf Porto Marina will be added later this year, bringing the first 18-hole championship golf course and a sports training facility, as well as 5,100 apartments and a luxury hotel. Opening next year, Porto Sokhna on the Red Sea will have 1,600 apartments, a hotel, golf course, spa and shopping mall.
