Following the success of last year’s joint RDO-TATOC seminar, which attracted over 100 delegates, a second event is taking place on Friday 6th March at the Park Royal Hotel in Stretton, Warrington.
The seminar opens with an update from the RDO Chief Executive Paul Gardner Bougaard and TATOC Director Geoff Chapman on initiatives that the two organisations have been working on the past 12 months, most notably developing timeshare owner exit options, something that has been a hot topic of late!
This is followed by a presentation by the RDO Legislative Council Chairman Eugene Miskelly on how resorts are best advised to handle claims companies and why these should not be ignored but handled promptly and professionally. Come away with some pointers as to how to limit further action and the possibility of negative publicity.
Flagship’s Jackie Murphy will be sharing her ideas about an integrated social, digital and media campaign to promote timeshare as a lifestyle choice to a wider, and younger, audience and will explain why it is important for both the industry and owners associations to get behind the campaign and work together on it.
The seminar closes with the examination of a case study of a fictitious timeshare resort that has made use of the TATOC ‘Health Check’ service.
