Céblue Villas & Beach Resort Luxury Private Residence Club In Anguilla Selects Preferred Residences

Preferred Residences® has announced the addition of CéBlue Villas & Beach Resort, an exclusive private residence club on Anguilla. The property is nestled on a hillside overlooking Crocus Bay and combines a relaxed atmosphere with luxuriously appointed villas.

“Our vision was to create a resort that’s modern yet true to Caribbean tradition, where the indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly, and guests have uninterrupted water views,” said Tom Montvel-Cohen, principal of Crocus Bay Development, Inc., the designer and builder of the property. “We’re thrilled to be associated with the prestigious Preferred brand and offer CéBlue owners the high-end travel and leisure benefits that are part of the program.”

The nearly 8,000-square-foot villas feature five bedrooms and baths, gourmet kitchen, media room, state-of-the-art electronics, two spacious decks, private plunge pool and outdoor shower, and a two-car enclosed garage. Golf carts are available for use on the property.

A focal point of the resort just steps away from the beach, the clubhouse combines the spa, fitness center, children’s play room, and the bar/lounge area. Other on-site amenities and services include the da’Vida restaurant, open-air lounge, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, and daily housekeeping and laundry service. The concierge can reserve a private in-villa chef, schedule baby-sitting services and spa treatments, organize fishing trips, and diving excursions, and more.

Known for its laid-back hospitality, endless white-sand beaches, and near-perfect weather, Anguilla is a serene enclave tucked away in the northern Caribbean. The island offers a wide range of activities — from historic sites, art galleries, and fine dining to scuba diving, sailing, and boat racing — for travelers looking for a secluded vacation destination.
