Interval International recently brought together sales, marketing, and operations staff from Interval-member resorts for an Info-Exchange seminar at the Eden Roc Miami Beach. Nearly 100 attendees from the U.S., Canada, and Caribbean participated in the event that familiarizes resort personnel with Interval’s products, support programs, and services. One of several program highlights included a behind the scenes tour of the Miami-based Member-Services Center, where Interval vacation advisors assist members with worldwide exchanges and other travel-related services 362 days a year.
Featured speakers included Lori-Card King, Interval’s vice president of quality assurance, who led a panel covering the advantages of exchange and how the use of this key benefit can help owners maximize their vacation options. Other Interval executives who spoke about products and digital platforms designed to assist members included Sharon Freed, senior vice president, consumer marketing; Michelle DuChamp, vice president, business development; and Madeline Berges, vice president, e-commerce and digital marketing. In addition, Soraya Gonzales, assistant vice president, resort assistance, discussed the variety of training and support services available to help resort partners make operations run more efficiently.
