Interval International signs exclusive, long-term affiliation agreement with Las Olas Ocean Resort

Interval International, has announced the affiliation of the fractional residences at Las Olas Ocean Resort in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The upscale beachfront, mixed-used property is being developed by Seabreeze Development and is scheduled for completion in spring 2017.

The 136-room, full-service hotel will offer a prime location with breathtaking vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, Bahia-Mar Marina, and the Intracoastal Waterway. Steps away, guests can enjoy the downtown area, and famed Las Olas Boulevard, known for its boutique shops, art galleries and world-class dining options.

“We’re very pleased to be working with the Seabreeze team,” said Neil Kolton, Interval’s director of resort sales and service for the Caribbean and Florida. “Their years of experience combined with such a distinctly sophisticated product will offer owners and guests world-class vacations.”

Fully furnished studio units with water views will feature nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and will be decorated in striking blue and white hues with beach-inspired accents. Luxurious resort amenities will include VIP Lounge, private Ocean Club facility, pool and pool bar, meeting room, fitness center, concierge, state-of-the-art automated parking system, and 24/7 reception desk. Owners and guests will also enjoy popular retail restaurants and cafes onsite.
