Martin Beesley the developer of Pueblo Evita and Fairways Clubs completes trade sale to Ian Goddard the owner of Richvale Limited
Following a successful working relationship over the last seven years a deal has been agreed for the sale of both clubs. The purchase includes the management companies, the unsold stock and the associated properties.
Martin Beesley will remain in the position of Non Executive Chairman for the foreseeable future to oversee the smooth handover of all the operations.
In a recent statement Martin said, “I have been working with Ian and his company for several years and I am delighted that we have reached an agreement. It is no secret that I have been looking for a buyer in recent years and I am sure the that clubs will go on to have a very successful future under Ian´s management”
Four years ago Martin and Ian conceived and launched what proved to be a very successful fractional ownership scheme, the aim in the coming years is to launch an aggressive sales drive to extend this type of sale which has proved incredibly popular with members and new purchasers alike.
After an initial consolidation period to make inventory management more efficient it is the intention to upgrade the resorts in the coming years to appeal to a younger audience.
Ian Goddard said; “In the face of difficult economic times it is essential that we offer better product than our competitors in the holiday market. We believe our short-term fractional offer suits the modern consumer and we will work hard to refurbish our apartments to the standard they expect.”
