The Pering Group affiliates Azure Beach Residences, Aruba, with Preferred Residences

Preferred Residences has announced the affiliation of Azure Beach Residences in Aruba. The oceanfront full-ownership condominium property is set along the island’s famed Golden Mile, steps from the award-winning Eagle Beach. This project follows Blue Residence Club, which joined the Preferred Residences’ portfolio of resorts in 2011.

“The Pering Group has established itself as one of the leading developers of luxury beachfront condominiums in Aruba,” said David C. Gilbert, Interval’s president. “As with all of its properties, Azure Beach Residences will feature elegant appointments, upscale amenities and service levels that appeal to those purchasing a vacation home.”

Currently under construction, Azure Beach Residences will consist of 98 condominiums housed in two towers. Two-, three-, and five-bedroom units will include an open-plan contemporary design with floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchen with high-end appliances and European-style cabinets, high-speed internet access, HDTV capabilities, and spacious balconies with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.

Visitors to the property will enjoy a host of planned on-site amenities and services, such as a restaurant, a fitness center with ocean-views, a waterfront pool deck and infinity pool, a beach club, and concierge services. They also will have convenient access to entertainment, casinos, exclusive shops and boutiques, and fine dining in the nearby capital city of Oranjestad.

From the architecture to the official language, Dutch influences are evident throughout Aruba, attracting visitors year-round. The island offers miles of white-sand beaches with clear- blue waters and ideal conditions for multiple water sports, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and windsurfing. Travelers can also enjoy the international cuisine, world-famous music festivals, and vibrant events, which reflect Aruba’s rich culture. Those interested in the local wildlife can go bird-watching in a protected sanctuary, tour an aloe plantation, or hike through the Arikok National Wildlife Park.
