Following on from the positive feedback from their promotional video released last year, Azure recently invited British TV personality Anne Davies back to the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa in Malta to capture on film some of the new resident activities in Malta and in turn launching the first phase of the ‘Client Experience Enrichment Programme’.
Earlier in the year Azure Project Director Perry Newton & Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Malta Golden Sand COO Ernest Barry created the Client Experience Enrichment Programme, which is to see continual tweaks and improvements around the resort, alongside new experiences that members can enjoy, whilst simultaneously enhancing their membership and home Resort.
The efforts have already been rewarded with the Golden Sands Resort in Malta recently winning the Certificate of Excellence award from Trip Advisor for consistently high praise amongst its guests’ reviews.
Videos of Malta
With a new website nearing completion and an ever expanding Facebook community sharing their photographs and thoughts, Azure Malta have launched this first phase through their latest promotional videos. British TV presenter Anne Davies highlighted some of the activities that the members get to enjoy, including Yoga in the tranquil Olive gardens, energetic Zumba, cycling tours and learning to paint with watercolour, all under the guidance of highly experienced teachers.
The popular and unique ‘interactive experiences’ also offer a fun workshop-type of approach where members can make cocktails with the resort’s imaginative mixologists and for the younger ones, create their own pizza’s with hotel chef Keith, bringing out the Tom Cruise and mini Jamie Oliver’s within the groups.
