Club La Costa is Turkey bound

Club la Costa Resorts & Hotels has announced plans for a new residential golf development, the California Golf Resort – Turkey on the country’s west coast near Kusadasi, which will follow the opening of their first Turkish resort, Club La Costa Adonis, in August

“Turkey offers so many advantages, especially for the British buyer as it is out of the Euro zone,” explained Roy Peires, Club La Costa’s Chairman and Founder. “Property is less expensive, the coastline is beautiful and the number of visitors continues to grow,” he said.

The California Golf Resort will offer 150 one and two-bedroom apartments, some with private Jacuzzi, as part of a village-style development with its own 18-hole golf course. Facilities will include several swimming pools, open air cinema, tennis courts, restaurants and bars and a hilltop clubhouse with 360 degree panoramic views. Completion is scheduled for 2010.
