Following a steady first half of the year with total sales of 80.4 million euros, Hapimag is set to expand its portfolio with new addresses in Dresden (Germany), Lisbon (Portugal) and the Ligurian coast in Italy.
Construction of the new city residence in Dresden is already advanced and the opening is scheduled for November 2010. The building occupies the site of the former British Hotel in the old town, which was destroyed in 1945, and boasts a colossal baroque facade.
Another new city residence, with 27 apartments, is to be built in Lisbon, starting in spring 2011. Hapimag has purchased a plot of land on the Rua Sao Jose, close to the pedestrian zone in Lisbon’s city centre, including a 450 square metre garden which will be preserved for the new city residence.
The third project is the building of a new resort in Liguria, including 110 apartments, a building with bistro, pool and wellness facilities, and direct access to the sea. Hapimag has signed a provisional agreement to buy a first-class plot of land in Liguria with this purpose.
