New affiliations in Kyoto, Bali and Madeira for Interval International

Interval International has announced the affiliation of ShareLuxe Club, owners of two traditional Japanese townhouses (known as machiyas) in Kyoto, Japan, and an open air villa on the Indonesian island of Bali, and the Hotel Savoy on the Portuguese island of Madeira.

ShareLuxe Kyoto Kizashi-Kamishichiken is a fully renovated century-old machiya in a historic area of Kyoto, combining traditional Japanese style with contemporary luxury. The townhouse has two bedrooms, kitchen and a large room which can sleep three more people on tatami mats.

Also in Kyoto, ShareLuxe Kyoto Kizashi-Shinmachi has two bedrooms and two tatami rooms which can sleep four more people, and also features an old-fashioned wooden bathtub. The machiya is ideally located to watch the Yamaboki parade during the Gion Festival in July.

Located five miles from the popular tourist area of Kuta in Bali and close to Canggu Beach, ShareLuxe Bali Tuka Terrace is a traditional Balinese villa with an open-plan design including three bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining rooms and modern bathrooms, as well as an infinity pool and landscaped private garden.

Closer to home, Hotel Savoy in Madeira, located just a few minutes from the historic centre of Funchal, will include 246 one-, two- and three-bedroom timeshare apartments when completed in 2014. Guests will have access to a full-service spa with sauna, fitness centre, swimming pools, tennis court, and restaurants and bars on the grounds of the resort.
