The Registry Collection has secured its first ever properties in Asia through two new affiliations, with Absolute Developments and IFA Hotels & Resorts, which will give members a choice of six fractional ownership resorts and three private residence clubs in Thailand.
The move into Asia follows analyst reports which point at an increase of more than 40 per cent in investment in Asian real estate this year. “Thailand in particular is home to a wealth of five-star resort developments and idyllic beach locations which have succeeded in attracting international jetsetters for some years,” said Geoff Ballotti, President and CEO of Group RCI, parent company of The Registry Collection.
The newly affiliated properties include two resorts from Absolute’s partnership with the renowned yoo brand: yooPhuket, currently in launch phase, and yooSamui. Members will also be able to enjoy the Absolute Beach Resort at Nakalay Bay and Absolute Bangla Suites, both opening this year, as well as the Absolute Platinum Suites and Absolute Villas at Palm Grove, Jomtien.
Also added to The Registry Collection are three private residence clubs from the IFA Collection, developed by Raimon Land, including The Heights Private Residence Club in Phuket, The River Private Residence Club in Bangkok and Northpoint Private Residence Club in Pattaya.
