Don’t miss your chance to register for RDO8 Conference!

Last month we announced to you that the theme for RDO8 will be “Together Towards Tomorrow” and that the conference will be taking place between the 10th – 12th September 2017, at the legendary Don Carlos Leisure Resort & Spa in Marbella, Spain.

Each year we aim to create a conference that is as engaging, educational and entertaining as possible for our attendees. In order to do this we decide on a different theme each year which we feel is relevant to the events that have taken place since the last conference, and invite a diverse group of speakers from a variety of backgrounds to motivate, educate and inspire you with their presentations based around  this theme.

Some of the topics we are hoping to cover at RDO8 are:

  • Creativity in uncertain times
  • Facing challenges as a team
  • Technology, Security and Sustainability
  • Legislative & Lobbying update
  • Brand tracking & management
  • The future of online travel

Whilst we can’t give definite details for all of the business sessions yet, as things are still open to change, we are very pleased to be able to confirm our opening keynote speaker – Chris Baréz-Brown. Chris began his career in the army (yep), took a u-turn into brand management and subsequently innovation and leadership development.

He established the Creative Leadership Consultancy Upping Your Elvis in 2010, and works with his partner Jim Lusty on their mission of unlocking individuals’ innate creative genius.  Clients include Nike, Unilever, Britvic, Diageo, The Guardian, Mediacom and ITV. Upping Your Elvis is inspired by U2 singer Bono’s signature question “who’s Elvis around here, meaning “who’s the maverick that breaks the rules and gets stuff done”.  We will be announcing more details on Chris and his opening keynote very soon.

In the meantime you can connect with Chris via his social profiles:

Based on the excellent feedback we received from those of you who attended RDO7, we believe it was a big success and we are looking forward to seeing you all again at RDO8. It would also be great to see new attendees or those who haven’t been able to make it to some of the recent RDO Conferences.

Registration opens on Monday 3rd April and to find out more and register simply visit  www.rdoconference.org. We are confident that this year’s conference will be even more successful than last year’s so you should definitely not miss out, especially as the early bird rates end at midnight on 30th June, 2017!

Early bird registration prices are: 575 Euros for RDO members and 775 Euros for Non-members. For companies that bring more delegates or have not attended in the last three years there are also special discounts available. For these special discounts see the website (http://www.rdoconference.org/) for more details.

We are also pleased to announce that CLC World Resorts & Hotels have confirmed as Platinum sponsors and join Diamond Resorts International, Interval International and RCI at the Platinum level and Dial An Exchange, and Shawbrook Bank at the Gold level. Without our sponsors each year the event wouldn’t be possible so we are extremely grateful for their amazing support.
