DAE members vote for their favourite British timeshare resort

Members of DAE (Dial An Exchange) have been voting for the UK timeshare resort they have most enjoyed holidaying at. Britain’s top holiday accommodation was identified by the guests that have stayed there and experienced it for themselves. Their reviews have been collated and DAE can announce that its members’ much-loved resorts are:

In third place, Seasons at Clowance Estate & Country Club. Located in Camborne, Cornwall. Members felt that the resort has tastefully furnished apartments, coach houses and secluded lodges, and their leisure and recreation facilities were excellent.

In second place is The Osborne Club, near Torquay, in Devon. DAE members said The Osborne Club’s apartments are furnished to a very high standard and praised its two restaurants, as well as access to the Hesketh Health Club.

Interestingly, there was a tie for first place. It is shared by Barnsdale Hall & Country Club and the Loch Rannoch Highland Club.

Barnsdale Hall & Country Club is located in Rutland. DAE members enthused about the views over Rutland Water, as well as the quality of the holiday cottages, which include suites in the resort’s old hunting lodge and original stables.

Loch Rannoch Highland Club, located in Kinloch Rannoch, in Perthshire, Scotland, was praised for its variety of properties ranging from studio apartments to Highland lodges. And all have views of Loch Rannoch and the mountains beyond.

DAE managing director Europe, Oliver Green said: “Congratulations to all the resorts our members have chosen as the best of British. We asked members to select their favourite resorts as we always value their views.

“The best holiday recommendations are from holidaymakers themselves so it made perfect sense for our members to help us identify Britain’s best resorts.

“We hope it will also help fellow members, who have not yet visited these resorts, make up their minds about their next UK holiday destination.”
