Interval International has announced that Interval Travel has achieved Strategic Partner status with Princess Cruise Lines for the 12th consecutive year. This milestone places the agency in an elite group of revenue producers in the U.S. and Canada.
“We’re extremely pleased to be honored by Princess Cruises, a leader in the premium cruise segment,” said Raul Estrada, Interval’s senior vice president of global member services. “This recognition is a reflection of our cruise advisors’ expert knowledge of Princess’ high-quality products and commitment to providing our members with outstanding customer service.”
“On behalf of our more than 20,000 crew members at sea and 2,000 team members ashore, we’re proud to present Interval Travel with this well-deserved award,” said Mary Irene Jencen, Princess Cruises’ business development manager, Miami to Fort Myers, Florida. “We look forward to continuing our mutually successful relationship, especially with the recent arrival of our newest and largest vessel, the Royal Princess, and with the Regal Princess in 2014.”
To celebrate the achievement, the Interval Travel Cruise department received a commemorative plaque, which is on display at the company’s Member-Services Center in Miami.
Operating since 1997 to provide services to North American consumer member families, Interval Travel is Cruise Lines International Association Booking Agency or “CLIA” certified.
