Interval’s Latest Technology Advantages Showcased At Global Industry Convention

Interval International unveiled many of its new and enhanced digital tools designed for resort clients and consumer members at the recent American Resort Development Association convention in Hollywood, Florida.

“Everyone was particularly impressed with the Interval Sales Tool Kit App and its Exchange Tracker feature, which animates thousands of exchanges booked by members on an interactive world map. Along with its other built-in components, including our Resort Directory and Interval HD videos, it provides timeshare sales professionals with a new and dynamic way to demonstrate the power of Interval membership and vacation exchange, ” said Bryan Ten Broek, Interval’s senior vice president of resort sales and business development for the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean

“The Interval Exchange Tracker map allows us to show, in a well-designed interface, actual exchanges that have recently taken place, which reinforces the possibilities for exchange, and makes it tangible for prospective owners at the sales table,” added Jared Saft, vice president of Westgate Resorts, one of the largest privately held vacation ownership developers and an Interval client for more than 20 years.

Prior to the industry gathering, Interval enhanced several of its online tools for members. The Interval International App, which initially launched with the Resort Directory, now features Interval HD and allows members to search and book Getaways, weeklong resort-style vacations that don’t require an exchange. The redesigned native app is available for users of Apple and Android devices.

Interval’s user-friendly consumer website,, has been refreshed with a vibrant look, enhanced search capabilities, and expanded video library. In addition to the lineup of destination and resort videos, topics include an overview of vacation ownership, Interval membership programs, and member testimonials. The informative content is a resource for developers to use during the sales process and for consumers researching the industry.  A mobile version of the website is available for the increasing number of members and other digital travelers who are using mobile devices to access the site. The company’s YouTube channel, Interval’s World of Timeshare, also hosts videos found on the Interval HD page of the website.
