RCI® Presenter and RCI® TV Deliver Greater Customization, Expanded Content to Help Grow Sales, Confirmations & Online Share
RCI has announced several enhancements to RCI® Presenter, its award-winning touchscreen tool, and RCI® TV, the timeshare industry’s first web-based television network of its kind. These latest innovations are part of RCI’s ongoing efforts to provide affiliates with the latest in point-of-sale technology.
Affiliates can now deliver a more personal RCI Presenter experience to prospects thanks to a new app for the iPad®being showcased at the ARDA World 2013 Convention & Expo after its initial launch late last year. The RCI Presenter app for the iPad® gives sales professionals another medium beyond large touchscreen monitors so they can use this compelling tool on the go, whether as a complement to a tour of the resort or to help deliver a winning sales presentation off-site.
RCI TV will expand upon the vast array of digital content already available through hundreds of resort videos and showcases. Participating RCI affiliates can also now create customized versions of many of the videos to generate greater online exposure for their resorts.
RCI Presenter, which was developed in collaboration with technology provider Generator Systems, helps affiliates deliver dynamic presentations that inform and excite prospects about the additional benefits of timeshare and bring the ownership experience to life. Utilizing a series of nine core modular presentation components, RCI Presenter gives affiliates the ability to custom-fit the content they display to best suit their resorts and seamlessly integrate it into their existing sales process.
RCI TV utilizes professional high-definition videos and photos to help illustrate the benefits of vacation ownership and showcase resort properties through a variety of online and social media channels. Now, RCI’s entertaining and educational travel and vacation ownership videos can be customized by affiliates so they can build their own custom video library at a fraction of the cost.
Once a viewer finishes watching a resort video, they are presented with the option to visit that resort’s website for more information or to search for a vacation. Not surprisingly, resorts that are participating in the RCI TV program experience web share gains of up to 33 percent over non-RCI TV-affiliated resorts. And importantly, RCI subscribing members confirmed exchanges into RCI TV-affiliated resorts up to 63 percent more often than resorts not utilizing RCI TV.
