Club Paradiso from the Silverpoint Group, a leading European hospitality group and resort developer, has affiliated 10 lodges within its stunning North Devonshire development, Kentisbury Grange, into The Registry Collection, the world’s largest luxury exchange programme.
The lodges are set in the landscaped grounds of the Kentisbury Grange boutique hotel, an elegant Grade II Victorian country house located in North Devon on the edge of the Exmoor National Park – and just a ten-minute drive from the Devonshire coast and the beautiful Croyde, Putsborough, Instow and Saunton beaches. Guests staying in the lodges will be able to enjoy the many services and facilities of the hotel itself, including fine dining at the fabulous restaurant, The Coach House by Michael Caines, presided over by Head Chef Jean-Marc Zanetti, formerly executive chef at the celebrated ABode Restaurant in Canterbury.
The double-fronted lodges have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with contemporary stylish interiors designed by local interior designer Karen Gray, who has created airy, bright modern living spaces featuring handmade furniture and exclusive fabrics from design houses around the world, including Jim Thompson and Christian Lacroix. The panorama of natural unspoilt beauty that surrounds Kentisbury Grange provides breathtaking views.
“We know the resorts in The Registry Collection exchange portfolio are carefully selected to meet very demanding criteria and are considered to be the pinnacle of the hospitality product,” said Mark Cushway, CEO of The Silverpoint Group. “Our Club Paradiso members are also very demanding and would certainly expect, as standard, the exceptional levels of service, highest quality accommodation and the touches of luxury they will enjoy as members of The Registry Collection.”
“We have worked with RCI and The Registry Collection for many years and we also appreciate the customisation that goes into the servicing of our members across our different products and brands,” added Cushway.
Dimitris Manikis, vice president of business development for RCI Europe, Middle East and Africa, said: “The lodges are built to the incredibly high specification that we associate with Club Paradiso resorts and they benefit from being located in one of the most sought-after holiday and second-home locations in the U.K. In turn, both Club Paradiso and The Registry Collection will see an exceptionally high demand for this offering from both our U.K. and international members.
“I have visited this property and believe guests will be astounded by the beauty of the setting, a sense of British heritage and its quintessential English charm,” Manikis continued. “The relaxed atmosphere, warm and hospitable service, and stylish accommodation, all combine to create a truly idyllic country retreat. We feel very privileged to be in a position to be able to offer the Kentisbury Grange lodges to our members.”
Club Paradiso currently has five other properties affiliated with The Registry Collection, including: Podere San Filippo in Tuscany; Platinum Yachts and The Paramount, both in Tenerife; Golden Sands in Malta; and the Dubai Suites in Dubai.
