Marj Anderson to join eXpectations Holidays
eXpectations Group are pleased to announce that Marj Anderson is set to join the management team of eXpectation Holidays as its new Client Liaison Director.
Her role and responsibilities will include overseeing the expansion of the services with the aim of providing a personal touch to eXpectations Holidays’ membership, whilst also enhancing relationships with partner resorts and suppliers worldwide.
“Rapid growth of our points based holiday product has made it vital that we have a great team in place to ensure the high levels of service we aim for are maintained” states Phil Watson, founder and Chief Executive Officer of eXpectation Holidays. “Marj’s role will help eXpectations Group deliver the very best customer experience and her wealth of knowledge within the vacation exchange industry will be invaluable in helping us develop new partnerships within this ever expanding field.”
Marj brings 20 years’ experience working for RCI with her and during that time she has held a number of positions serving their affiliate community in various parts of the UK, Malta and Ireland, rising to the position of Affiliate Services Manager.
