FNTC America, Ltd. (FNTCA) announces acquisition of PCS Holdings, LLC and affiliation with Eck, Collins & Richardson, PL
FNTC America, Ltd. (FNTCA), an IQ-EQ Group company that serves the US timeshare industry, announces today that it is expanding its suite of services with the acquisition of PCS Holdings, LLC (PCS), the title agency affiliated with Eck, Collins & Richardson, PL (ECR). Additionally, FNTCA and ECR have entered a strategic arrangement that allows both to provide seamless title, trustee, foreclosure, escrow and legal services to their shared clients. The transaction is effective April 11, 2023.
