RDO6 ‘Embracing Change’ – Embracing the Millennials…..
Each year we talk at length about how to position our companies, our products and our industry to allow for future success to the next generations of customers, owners and members and this is where we believe it all begins.
For the very first time, RDO will offer a new heavily discounted delegate rate to existing RDO members to bring the future Timeshare Industry Young Professionals (TIYP) to the conference with the aim of getting them involved, whilst equally presenting a new personal and professional development opportunity for your future leaders.
A special business session will also be on the RDO6 agenda involving millennials that will feature an overview of the future engagement and the creation of a working group of Young Professionals that RDO members can work with and learn from into 2016 and beyond.
The special TIYP delegate rate is only €150 Euro (Excl. VAT), and is open to employees of RDO member companies under the age of 35.
