Nine CLC World Resorts & Hotels earn TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence
CLC World Resorts & Hotels’ ongoing commitment to provide holiday experiences that exceed customers’ expectations has been rewarded with nine of CLC World’s resorts earning TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in the 2017 awards.
Hall of Fame recipients – CLC Duchally Country Estate (Scotland) and CLC Monterey (Tenerife) continued to deliver with further Certificates of Excellence in 2017, bringing the total number of years at the top to seven.
Certificates of Excellence, awarded for consistently high scoring reviews, were again awarded to CLC Sunningdale Village (Tenerife), CLC Paradise (Tenerife), CLC Encantada (USA), CLC San Diego Suites at multi-resort Club La Costa World (Spain), CLC Kusadasi Golf & Spa (Turkey) and CLC Alpine Centre (Austria). CLC Regal Oaks, in its first qualifying year, also garnered a Certificate of Excellence.
A company spokesperson said: “We constantly strive to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction and guest feedback is important to ensure we are meeting our commitment to provide memorable and quality holiday experiences. TripAdvisor is the international travellers’ review site and as such these awards are important to us in achieving our mission of ‘exceeding customer expectations’.”
In addition, Safari restaurant at CLC Club La Costa World, a recent listing on TripAdvisor, received its first Certificate of Excellence.
VRI Management España and VRI Management Canarias, subsidiaries of VRI Europe, a joint venture between Interval Leisure Group and CLC World Resorts & Hotels, manage CLC World resorts in Spain and Tenerife; others are managed by the company’s own resort management decision.
