Multiple charges of fraud ordered by the CPS in relation to Monster Group Travel, Monster Credits, Monster Rewards and

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has authorised the South West Regional Organised Crime Unit (SW ROCU) to charge 18 people with 79 counts related to a large-scale fraud targeting timeshare owners. The 18 people have been charged with conspiracy to commit fraud while being directors, sales people and administrators of the above-mentioned entities. Major victory for Club La Costa in Spanish Courts

The Spanish commercial courts made a very significant decision which directly affects RDO member Club La Costa. The Mercantile Courts in Spain ruled in a number of recent decisions that all new claims made against Club La Costa (CLC) will be automatically rejected. Former RCI marketing director, Colin Collins, dies

We are very sad to announce that European timeshare veteran and former RCI marketing director, Colin Collins, died on 5 March. The popular industry stalwart passed away in Tenerife after a brief illness, aged 82. A former marketing director of the travel division of American Express, Colin was appointed marketing director of RCI Europe in 1985, forming a dynamic partnership with director Ron Haylock to launch and spearhead RCI’s European operations.
