Hilton Grand Vacations’ European Team Members Partner with We Are Water Foundation to Bring Water to Ukraine
In response to the war in Ukraine, Hilton Grand Vacations’ (HGV) European team members have taken action by teaming up with We Are Water Foundation to bring water and sanitation to people affected by the war.
HGV’s European team members have raised over €15,000 since April to directly support their neighbors in Ukraine. HGV’s team members in Europe were actively involved in organizing fundraising efforts that included bingos, raffles, solidarity paellas and cheese tastings, as well as many other creative ideas.
Through We Are Water, these funds have contributed to two specific projects: UNICEF’s World Water and Sanitation for Ukraine project and World Vision’s efforts to bring access to adequate sanitation to Ukrainian refuges in Romania and Moldova.
We Are Water Foundation is a non-profit organization that strives to resolve issues related to a lack of water and sanitation in many parts of the world. HGV’s European team members have partnered with this organization since 2019 in their efforts to bring water and sanitation to those in need.
