Interval International was honoured with two coveted industry awards during a recent conference held by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) in Hollywood, Florida.
ARDA recognises outstanding accomplishments in the vacation ownership industry − and this year, winners were chosen from nearly 400 nominations. Interval’s Client Services & Program Operations Team was chosen in the Owner/Customer Relations Team category for being a “one-stop-shop” for customers and sustaining high-levels of satisfaction among its resort developer clients. A yearlong member campaign, “Why I Love Interval”, which featured inspirational photos and testimonials of Interval members and their families enjoying vacations across the globe, was the winning submission in the Owner Engagement or Communications Campaign category.

ARDA award recipients are selected by a group of judges that includes industry experts as well as professionals from outside the industry. Over the years, Interval has been honoured with numerous ARDA awards for its innovative work in several areas, including customer service, marketing, and technology.
