Interval International welcomes The Residences at Dewa in Thailand

Interval International has affiliated to its global exchange network The Residences at Dewa, the fractional component of the Dewa Phuket Resort complex in Thailand. The property is located a few steps from Nai Yang Beach, which is part of the protected Sirinath National Park on the northwest coast of Phuket.

“We’re delighted to once again have the opportunity to work with Lars Ydmark, principal of Tri-Asia Co. Ltd., the developer of The Residences at Dewa, and Paul Dean, co-founder of the Club,” said Joe Hickman, Interval’s vice president and executive director for Asia Pacific. “Interval members will have the opportunity to vacation in this quintessential island destination and enjoy its spectacular beaches, combined with incredible scenery, cultural experiences, and great hospitality.”

Designed in a sophisticated contemporary style that features colorful Thai accents, the spacious one- and two-bedroom units include an open-plan layout, with a full kitchen, living room, large balcony, modern electronics, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

“As we expand our fractional program, we look forward to an ongoing partnership with Interval,” said Ydmark. “The Residences at Dewa provide a calm sanctuary for our owners, as well as for Interval members, to unwind in our recently renovated units in the heart of southern Thailand.”

Guests can dine on fresh seafood and locally sourced produce at the market-style Terrace Grill or just relax at the Bread & Butter Cafe. The property also has a free-form swimming pool with a pool bar, spa, fitness rooms with cardio machines and weights and a recreation area.

The kids’ club program offers face-painting, cooking classes, batik painting, and much more. A wide range of activities, including kayaking, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, yoga, and sightseeing tours, can be booked at the front desk.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate Phuket’s natural landscape, from the numerous beaches found all around the island to the mangrove forests, sea caves, and peaceful atolls that are easily accessible. The resort is only a short drive from local markets, shops, restaurants, and eco adventures.
