Karma Group announces collaboration with RCI in Greece

RCI has selected Karma Group to manage its operations in the Greek market. With an established presence in Greece through their Karma Pelikanos Estate and Karma Minoan Retreat, Karma Group recently acquired office space in Athens from RCI, making it Karma’s new European base. The arrangement will see the office run under the RCI banner, maintaining their internationally recognised standards, while utilising Karma Group’s expertise in the hospitality market, their fast growing client-base and exceptional reputation in this sector.

“The Greek Islands have become our European heartland,” said John Spence, Chairman and Founder of Karma Group. “Beyond the physical beauty of the islands, we have established a fantastic rapport with the people who live and visit here, whether as timeshare owners or holiday makers. It is wonderful to be able to continue applying our local knowledge, relationships and respect for the region to deliver the best customer service possible and bring new opportunities and adventures to existing and potential RCI members. This collaboration between Karma Group and RCI also ultimately benefits our loyal clients, as we continue to create new opportunities throughout the world.”

As part of the new relationship, Karma will fully service and manage existing and new RCI memberships in the Greek market and manage booking exchanges for Greek RCI Members on RCI’s behalf. Karma Group offers an enhanced experience to RCI members by sharing special offers and promotions through their own network, opening up a world of extraordinary experiences and exclusive curated entertainment in the world’s most beautiful locations.

Dimitris Manikis, VP Business Development Europe, Middle East & Africa commented, “RCI and Karma Group have enjoyed a working relationship for over 25 years. Both companies recognise that Greece is an important tourist destination and with this new collaboration RCI Greek members are now able to interact and book their vacation in their national language.”
