Yield Management – Slicing the Pie with RDO10 Expert Panel of Speakers Daniel Bates, Guy Mantel and Roman Sucharzewski

At every RDO conference, in addition to the inspirational speakers and motivational sessions, we always aim to provide our attendees with practical education sessions, and we’re pleased to announce that our panel of experts, Daniel Bates, Guy Mantel and Roman Sucharzewski, will be presenting “Yield Management – Slicing the Pie” at RDO10, organised by Janice Anderson-Pearne, VP Client Services & Operations EMEAA at Interval International.

During this practical session, our panel of experts, Daniel, Guy and Roman will be taking a look at the interesting and occasionally controversial balancing act of the world of inventory yield management, a much needed business tool in these changing times. They will serve up portions that include managing evolving member needs, club programme deliverables, and maximising the occupancy levels whilst optimising rental yield. Whether a single site or a multi-national organisation, getting it right is paramount to your survival.

“Weeks, nights, occupancy and maximum rental yield – whatever your size, juggling these balls is simply a sign of the times and will continue to gain importance. Our carefully selected team of experts will openly share the challenges and gains as well as be ready to take on questions from the floor. It promises to be an exciting session”. – Janice Anderson- Pearne
